Lead the content team. Connect with stakeholders and client(s) as per the requirement of project(s) and deliver the solution accordingly. Ensure timely delivery of the content. Create pool of SME. Identify SME(s) for content development as per the client need and the business requirement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
5-7 years of experience in client interaction Excellent communication skills (spoken and written). Customer oriented. Project management skills. Good planning skills. Exposure from assessment / examination industry preferred.
