Duties & Responsibilities
- Check Emails for assignments
- Work Monitoring incidents based upon location
- Respond to any necessary emails
- Gather details for requests during your assigned email hour
- Answer all calls during your assigned phone hour
- Enter requests into Queue Systems (Airtable/Stealth Hub)
- Review, download, and send assigned requests
