Job Responsibilities

• Supporting digital social media platform
• Checking sensitive content on social media based on guideline
• Accountable for the success and quality of the process
• Reviewing content (videos, image, text, live-streaming, and audio) in accordance with Client's processes and policies
• Ensures that the process is followed correctly in Service Operations
• Approves management reporting and tool requirements
• Help improve the defined processes as we create more automation and gather information
