Position Title: Content Reviewer (German Speaker)

Working Location: KL Sentral

Tenure: 1 year

Working Hour: Rotational Shift Basis 24/7

Job Responsibilities

• Checking sensitive content on social media based on guideline
• Accountable for the success and quality of the process
• Reviewing content (videos, image, text, live-streaming and audio) in accordance with Client's processes and policies.
• Ensures that the process is followed correctly in-Service Operations
• Approves management reporting and tool requirements
• Help improve the defined processes as we create more automation and gather information

Job Requirements

• Able to start immediately
• Ready to work in 24/7 environment with day or night shift including weekend & Public holiday . Work 5days in a week and 8 hours perday
