The firm’s award‑winning Will’s Trust and Probate team, which is ranked in the Legal 500, is recruiting a senior‑level Contentious Probate Solicitor to work alongside existing partners and advise a vast number of Hertfordshire clients as well as HNWI in London and across the UK.

Candidate profile

• Minimum 7 years post‑qualification experience as a Contentious Probate Solicitor
• Member of ACTAPS – not essential but advantageous
• A good understanding of the Inheritance Act
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
