We are seeking a talented and experienced Continental Chef to join our culinary team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in continental cuisine, with a passion for creating innovative dishes and a commitment to maintaining high kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a variety of continental dishes to a high standard.
• Develop and create new recipes and menus based on seasonal ingredients.
• Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met in the kitchen.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels of ingredients.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and apprentices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in a similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
