Our Client, an American Biotechnology company, is looking for a Contingent Workplace Services Events Coordinator for their Sunnyvale, CA location. Responsibilities:

+ Monitor the Workplace Services inbox for Events related inquiries and space reservation requests.

+ Manage all incoming Cvent tickets and follow up with the requestors if additional information is needed. Submit tickets for support functions (Facilities, Janitorial, etc.) when requested.

+ Create daily schedules for the Events technicians.

+ Proactively engage with requestor for upcoming events. Includes week-before event contact to determine if there are any changes to the reservation.

+ The planner is expected to walk the events space with the requester as needed.

Requirements:
