Job Overview: We are looking for passionate Continuous Improvement Engineer or Analyst with at least 4 years’ experience to drive strategic transformation through Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 8-D to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.

Proficiency in designing new fixtures using 3D CAD tools like SolidWorks, and experience with digital simulation tools such as FlexSim or equivalent, is required.
