Responsibilities:

• 1. Drive lean improvements in HNB production processes (efficiency, cost, yield);
• 2. Identify production bottlenecks and waste, lead the implementation of improvement projects;
• 3. Promote optimization of production stability and consistency (reduce variability);
• 4. Optimize production processes (VSM, standard time, line balancing);
• 5. Promote automation and semi-automation improvement projects;
• 6. Establish improvement mechanisms and monitor outcomes.

Requirements:

• 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, Industrial Engineering preferred;
• 2. Over 3 years of experience in lean production or continuous improvement;
• 3. Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering methodologies;
• 4. Experience in efficiency improvement or cost reduction projects;
