We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern to work closely with our improvement officer.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify bottlenecks, cycle time variations, and material waste.
• Process mapping and documentation: Map standard operating procedures (SOPs), document current‑state workflows, and design optimized future‑state processes.
• Project support and execution: Lead and support structured Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects from conception through to execution.
• Research and benchmarking: Research industry best practices, evaluate technological solutions, and benchmark operational metrics (such as OEE).
• Training and development: Collaborate with frontline staff and technical maintenance teams to coach and train personnel on Lean principles and new process standards.
