Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional global teams through the DMAIC cycle to identify non-value-added activities, eliminate waste, and evaluate opportunities for process improvement.
Support productivity improvement initiatives and assist sites in achieving annual performance objectives.
Drive a culture of data-based decision-making across both transactional and manufacturing processes.
Analyze data to identify trends, uncover root causes, and recommend predictive and preventive actions to improve reliability and reduce process variation.
Help establish and sustain a culture of continuous improvement across general operations.
