Job Description
Continuous Improvement Manager – Strategic leadership in identifying, designing and deploying AI‑driven and digital solutions across Operations. Works with senior stakeholders across EMEA to translate operational problems into scalable technology and process solutions with a focus on AI tooling, Python automation and prompt engineering. Requires direct delivery accountability; not an advisory role.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the design and implementation of process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other methodologies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
