Position Purpose

The CI Manager will lead Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts at the GATX railcar repair facility in Moose Jaw (2200 Caribou Street West). This role will serve as a site CI champion and will play a key role in applying problem-solving discipline and Lean methods to GATX operations in order to improve the Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) components. The individual must be passionate about process transformation, operations management, strategy and data-driven problem solving.

Safety is a priority. Expectations for this role are to lead or assist with safety incident management and/or routine EHS tasks and/or inspections when the EH&S Manager is not on-site.
