Job Description

The Contract Administrator Lead oversees the construction phase of complex public-sector building projects to ensure that contractors and owners fulfill all obligations defined in the construction contract. This role focuses on contract administration, technical interpretation, constructability review, and financial progress monitoring for large-scale facilities, with a particular emphasis on public and P3 projects.
