Support project teams in administering contracts and managing commercial/claims activities across multidisciplinary, multinational project environments. The role requires atleast 5 years of industry experience and who learns quickly, follows structured guidance, and collaborates effectively across diverse teams and disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Track and maintain contract registers, obligations, deliverables, and milestones; ensure timely notifications.
Review, negotiate and finalize Terms and Conditions of Client Contract and Vendor Purchase Orders
Assist in drafting contractual correspondence with clear, concise English.
Liaise across Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, and Site teams to consolidate inputs.
Gather facts and documents to analyze contractual and commercial claims.
Support preparation of claims narratives, quantification, and supporting evidence.
