Contract Engineer

As an international company, we are looking for a Contract Engineer to manage and oversee contracts throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of engineering and construction processes, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, administer, and monitor contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, applicable laws, and project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Design Teams on all contractual matters and report directly to the Procurement Manager.
• Track contract performance, variations, claims, and key contractual deadlines.
