Job Description

The Head of Contract Execution will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring efficient and compliant execution of all contractual agreements by local and foreign teams. The role safeguards the company’s interests, ensuring vendors and suppliers perform per contractual terms, and identifies and eliminates unnecessary costs—such as logistics operations (e.g., demurrage, detention, etc.).

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure that all local and foreign contract execution teams align with procurement’s established and planned purchase strategy
• Be compliant with government policies of BAI, BPI, BIR, and BOC relating to importation of goods
• Secure all documentary requirements for importation and bank payments
• Timely release of imported cargoes and avoid unnecessary charges (e.g., storage fees, demurrage, and detention charges)
