Position Overview
Responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and monitoring contract documents, agreements, and correspondences.
Support tender preparation, submission, and clarification processes.
Assist in cost estimation, bill of quantities (BQ), variation orders (VO), and progress claims.
Monitor and follow up on subcontractor quotations, claims, and payment matters.
Prepare reports and maintain proper contract documentation records.
Coordinate with project team, consultants, clients, and subcontractors on contractual matters.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 1β2 years working experience in the construction industry ( fresh graduates are encouraged to apply ).
Basic knowledge of contract administration, costing, and claims.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
