The Innovation and Foundation Competencies (IFC) team in the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) develops learning interventions and resources to help public officers become future‑ready in cross‑cutting areas such as innovation and personal excellence. You will design and deliver learning solutions that enhance essential workplace competencies, helping to shape how public officers develop innovation and foundational skills for effective public service delivery.
