Your role:

The Contract Management Specialist is responsible that valid contracts are in place with our indirect partners representing Philips in different Markets.

You contribute to the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, execution and ensuring all contractual obligations are entered accurately and timely, supporting efficient contract management processes.

The Contract Management Specialist is driving the contract renewal process on a yearly basis and implements contract management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
