Position Overview

            Job Description  Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions for structural steel projects (QS-related work) 
Review and manage project contracts, tender documents, and subcontract agreements 
Assist in measurement, taking-off quantities, and cost planning for projects 
Ensure contractual documents and project requirements are properly followed and executed 
Monitor project progress, variation orders, claims submissions, and payment certification processes 
Assist in cost control and support resolution of contractual or commercial issues 
Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on project and contract matters 
Maintain proper documentation for quotations, claims, and contract administration 
 Requirements  Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
