Overview

An established contractor in the infrastructure and utilities sector is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support the delivery of major construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project leadership to manage the main construction contract, ensuring compliance with time, cost, quality, and safety obligations.

This position involves oversight of both main and sub-contracts, coordination of project communications, negotiation of variations, and proactive management of contractual risk and reporting. Experience administering NEC and IChemE contracts, including through digital tools such as CEMAR , is essential.
