Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong legal background and proven expertise in the UK market. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable UK laws and mitigating contractual risks. In addition, the role will include responsibility for drafting employee employment agreements, non-solicitation agreements and settlement agreements.

This role requires close collaboration with procurement, finance, and operational teams to support business objectives while safeguarding the organization's interests.
