Conducts in-depth analysis of proposals to evaluate the reasonableness of proposed contract prices. Prepares comprehensive recommendations for negotiation objectives concerning cost, profit, and price. Analyzes forecasted price trends, economic factors, and efficiencies in production for future periods. Coaches team members in the selection and application of appropriate problem-solving methods and techniques, and provides advice on methods, practices and procedures. Monitors and reports on project status, reviews completed work, and ensures that management expectations, instructions, priorities, deadlines and product quality are followed and achieved.
