Location: International Business Park Working hours: Mon-Fri Office hours Salary: up to $4000 6 months Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project costings and customer quotations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal pricing and margin guidelines Handle order processing and contract review activities, ensuring smooth transition from sales to execution and compliance with internal procedures Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Service Business Lines (ENE/IEP/Hardline) and Service Lines in Singapore to align on project execution, timelines, and deliverables Support the project management process post-order confirmation by tracking progress, flagging delays, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders Identify and propose improvements in tools, templates, or workflows that can enhance turnaround time and service delivery
