As a Sales Trainer you will assist in designing, implementing, and continuously improving Graybar’s sales onboarding, development, and coaching programs partnering closely with business leaders, sales managers, learning and development, and subject matter experts. You will delivers sales training programs, coaches learner and managers, measures business impact, and ensures that learning initiatives align with Graybar’s growth strategy.

**In this role you will:**

+ Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales training and development programs.
+ Establish development pathways that support career progression within sales roles.
+ Manage sales onboarding and readiness programs to ensure consistent experiences across locations.
