Role Summary
The Senior Talent Attraction Specialist will be responsible for managing full‑cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, and hiring processes) for salaried employees including senior levels and challenging to fill roles. This position plays an active role in the continuous improvement and evolution of our talent attraction tools and practices. This will be a contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with People & Culture Business Partners and Hiring Managers to align on a sourcing strategy for vacant roles.
- Full‑cycle recruitment to source and hire top talent into the organization.
- Facilitate hiring recommendations based on information obtained through behavioural interviewing, reference checks, and other background checks.
- Proactively develop a strong internal and external pipeline of diverse talent for future hiring needs.
