Job Responsibilities - Domain knowledge of Securities Processing, particularly in the area of Payment and Receipt.
- Process day‑to‑day payment and receipt transactions and ensure smooth delivery in compliance with established procedures.
- Update management statistics for management reporting on a daily basis.
- Ensure team service level agreements are met and all requests are completed accurately and timely.
- Maintain a continued and effective on‑going daily process when covering the duties of a co‑partner.
- Attend to internal customers' queries.
