Position Summary

Facilities Management is entrusted with the development, care, maintenance, and operation of Colorado State University’s physical properties. Our purpose is to create and sustain environments that support CSU’s land‑grant mission, fostering the success of students, faculty, and staff through world‑class academic, research, and outreach programs.

Job Duties

• Review and verify submitted Certificates of Insurance and bonds for compliance with State Office of the State Architect, State Building Delegee regulations and CSU Risk Management requirements; acquires missing or incomplete information.
• Issue Notices to Proceed for Design and/or Construction at project milestones and upon receipt and approval of code compliance, drawings, and specifications. Request Building Inspection Record as needed by code compliance.
