Position:  Technical Business Analyst 
Experience:  7+ years overall, with a minimum of 3 years in a Business Analyst / Product Owner role  
Education:  B.E. in Computer Science (mandatory) + MBA (mandatory)  
Certification:  CSPO (active or previously held; minimum one year old)  
Work Hours:  Flexibility to extend up to 11:00 PM / 11:30 PM IST when business needs require
