RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and improve Contract Administration mechanisms
• Ensure all reporting required by the client, including status, project, program, and risk reports, all have sufficient content and are submitted on time
• Commercial review of Head Contracts, MSA’s and Agreements
• Provide support and work with upper management to ensure project commercial requirements and outcomes are met
• Implement and support of subcontract management processes
