**Job Description:**

+ Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including service agreements and supply contracts.
+ Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
+ Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
+ Collaborate with legal, procurement, and other departments to resolve contract-related issues.
