We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple roofing and construction projects from start to finish. You'll oversee all aspects of contract delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to managing labour, materials, programme delivery, and health & safety.
