Contracts Manager – Modular Construction
An experienced Contracts Manager will oversee multiple modular construction projects across the UK, managing all stages from pre‑construction to handover.
Location and Type
Office‑based role in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire with regular UK site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for planning, programming, phasing and delivery of allocated projects.
- Ensure effective mobilisation and site set‑up, including labour, materials, plant and logistics.
- Monitor progress against programme and take corrective action to maintain delivery.
- Lead and attend project meetings, prepare and issue accurate progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure quality standards are met and projects are snag‑free in accordance with ISO 9001 QA/QC processes.
