Contracts Manager Location: Dubai
Reporting to: Senior Director – Delivery & Execution, Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Overview The Contracts Manager (CM) will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, structuring, interpreting, executing, and/or administering project contractual documents from inception during Development stage through completion in Delivery, including the defects period and the Operation and Maintenance stage.
Responsibilities - Review, draft and negotiate contract agreements (EPC, O&M, OE, IE, MSA, LTSA, etc.), consulting agreements, special licensing, non-disclosure agreements.
- Drive contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process, and/or contract execution.
- Manage contract change control process and related correspondence requiring legal input.
