Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities  Lead and manage all contractual aspects of largescale construction projects. 
Prepare review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts and other legal documents. 
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, policies and statutory requirements. 
Advise project and management teams on contractual rights and obligations. 
Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks. 
Administer claims, variations and change orders in coordination with project teams. 
Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary to resolve disputes. 
Manage contract performance ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. 
Oversee contract closeout, extension and renewal processes. 
Maintain records of correspondence and documentation related to contract management. 
Conduct training for project teams on contract terms and compliance where needed.
