Department Summary The Contracts team manages the company’s contractual relationships and ensures compliance with customer requirements, legal standards, and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle. The team partners closely with Leadership, Engineering, Program Management, Estimating, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to support proposal development, risk assessment, contract negotiation, and execution of aerospace and defense manufacturing programs.
