The client are a leading interior fit out contractor with nationwide coverage working in the Resturant and Bars,Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential Sectors.

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager based in London, required to work on retail refurbishments projects.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate must be computer literate and able to undertake the following tasks:

• Manage and update a workload tracker
• Attend site scoping meetings
• Undertake site surveys
• Be accountable for full site management from site set up through to completion
• Preconstruction set up of projects including the co-ordination of consultants and suppliers
