We're recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager - Repairs and Maintenance on behalf of a purpose-driven organisation delivering essential housing services, focused on improving living conditions and supporting communities. What You'll Be Doing:
You'll lead and support a team responsible for maintenance delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Acting as a key link between tenants, clients, and internal teams, you'll handle complex repair issues, disrepair cases, and complaints in line with regulatory expectations.
