Position Overview
Key Requirements Contract & Client Management Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Oversee contract performance and ensure all contractual obligations are met. Review, implement, and monitor service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and contractual requirements. Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients regarding contract‑related matters. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, service delivery, and contract performance. Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally and efficiently. Operational Management Oversee daily operational activities related to assigned contracts.
