**Position overview:**

SLAC's Office of Technology Transfer and Strategic Partnerships (TT&SP) is seeking an outstanding candidate in the function of Strategic Partnership Proposals and Agreements. Reporting to the Senior Contract Manager, the Contracts Officer, Industry Partnerships is responsible for formalizing R&D partnerships between SLAC and the private sector, that advance important SLAC initiatives in emerging technology areas.

To excel in this role, experience in drafting and negotiation of sponsored research related contractual vehicles in an R&D setting is required. You will be expected to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders leveraging technical and contractual expertise to execute partnership agreements in an expedient manner.
