Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts within the electric power sector, ensuring clarity, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, and procurement to align contractual obligations with project goals.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and support contract lifecycle management from initiation to closeout.
• Stay up-to-date on industry standards, legal regulations, and best practices related to contract management in the power and engineering sectors.
