FlexStaff is seeking a Contracts Specialist with experience with FAR/DFARS and ITAR regulations to work for one of our clients, an electronics manufacturer, located in Melville, NY.

This is a permanent, full-time job.

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years contract management experience in defense manufacturing industry
+ Experience with large, complex multifaceted electronics design & manufacturing environment
+ Familiarity with defense aerospace industry & regulations and understanding of the role of procurement in complex industries.
+ Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations and of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulation) and EAR (Export Administration Regulation)
+ Understanding of subcontractor solicitations and bid analysis/process.
+ CostPoint and Salesforce experience a plus
