Key Accountabilities

• Leadership & Team Management
  Lead and manage a team of five accounting professionals, ensuring high performance through goal setting, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing development. Oversee daily team operations, providing guidance, training, and performance management to drive accountability and effectiveness.
• Operational Finance & Business Partnership
  Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in operational reporting and analysis. Participate in operational meetings to identify improvement opportunities, develop solutions, and recommend actionable strategies.
