Our Fractional Controller model is built for growth‑stage companies that need strong accounting leadership—but not a traditional, full‑time finance hierarchy.

We deliver through a leveraged team: a Fractional CFO, Fractional Controller, and Fractional Bookkeeper, working together to create clarity, discipline, and momentum for the client.

As the Controller, you lead the accounting engine. You take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, ensure a high‑quality and timely month‑end, and work closely with both the CFO and client to turn financial results into insight.
