Position Overview

The Controller is responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting across Canadian and U.S. operations spanning manufacturing and field service activities. This role leads all accounting functions including financial reporting, cost accounting, compliance, internal controls, and team leadership. The Controller ensures compliance with Canadian and U.S. regulatory requirements, oversees cross-border financial operations, and supports operational leadership with actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Close Process

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles for Canadian and U.S. entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
