Description
Our non-profit client in Concord is seeking an interim Accounting Manager/Controller for a 3+ month engagement. This opportunity is ideal for a finance leader who enjoys being hands-on with the work but also guiding core accounting operations, delivering reliable financial reporting, and supporting a growing nonprofit environment with strong oversight and sound judgment. The role will partner closely with operational leaders, strengthen financial processes, and help ensure compliance across grants, audits, and day-to-day accounting activities. This role requires our leader to work in the weeds. This role requires onsite work in Concord (5 days/week) and is expected to pay between $70-$85/hr. DOE.
