**What you will do**:
- Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the plant.
- Analyze production costs, variance drivers, and operational performance to provide actionable insights.
- Lead monthly close activities, ensuring accuracy in inventory valuation, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track efficiency, quality and cost improvements.
- Partner with operations leadership to evaluate capital investments, productivity initiatives and cost-saving opportunities.
**What we're looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
