Position Summary


The Plant Controller is a key member of the Livonia leadership team responsible for financial reporting, cost competitiveness, and strategic decision support. This role partners with the Plant Manager and operations leaders to drive profitability, improve performance, and support long-term growth while leading all financial planning, reporting, and control activities for the plant.


This position is a member of the Drivetrain and Morse Systems accounting and finance team located at the Livonia, MI manufacturing facility.



Key Responsibilities


Financial Leadership & Business Support

+ Lead monthly close processes (actuals and forecast) and annual planning (budget/LRP)

+ Partner with plant leadership to analyze performance, lead spending reviews, and drive corrective actions when needed
