We are seeking an experienced Controller for a contract need to oversee the company's accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical accounting skills and the ability to support business growth.

Responsibilities

+ Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

+ Oversee the month-end and year-end close process.

+ Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.

+ Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.

+ Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

+ Coordinate audits and work with external accountants.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
